These pictures were taken on June 24, 2001. A number of volunteers worshipped with members of Middle Oak Church. Many of us feel the church is the best example of a New Testament church in Birmingham!

The baptism service in the Locust Fork of the Warrior River, only about one mile from
the church site. Notice Bill Castle, ABC 33/40 photographer, is not timid about getting
in the water!

The new church building will be erected here, on the site of the current tent.
